Available field types: text field (e.g. companion name), number field (e.g. number of attendees), dropdown (e.g. meal choice: beef / fish / veggie), checkboxes (e.g. dietary preferences: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free), date field (e.g. arrival date) and multi-line field (e.g. allergies, special notes).
