How Does the Seating Planner Work?

Start by adding tables - type a name and click plus. The table appears as a card with space for guests. Next, you see the unassigned guest pool - everyone from your guest list who doesn't have a seat yet. Drag guests from the pool to tables. You can also add a new guest directly in the planner - they'll appear in the pool to assign. A counter on each table shows how many are seated.

Heard that Aunt Mary had a falling out with Uncle John? Move her in one motion! Just grab the guest and drag to another table. Changing order at a table? Same thing - drag and drop in the new spot.
