In Weddie, the RSVP form is built directly into the online wedding invitation. Each guest has their own individual invitation link with a form. They open it, scroll to the form and confirm or decline with one click. No need to call, text or wait for a reply — responses appear in your dashboard in real time.

How does the RSVP form work in Weddie?
In the Weddie dashboard you add guests to the list. For each guest the system generates an individual, personalized link to the digital invitation. You can send this link directly (WhatsApp, SMS, email) or download an individual QR code and place it on the paper invitation.
The guest opens their link, sees a beautiful invitation with a personalized greeting, and at the bottom — the RSVP form. They click Confirm or Decline, fill in additional fields and click Submit. Done! The response instantly appears in your dashboard.
Flexible RSVP form builder
In the Weddie dashboard (Dashboard → Guests → RSVP Configuration) you create your own form with custom fields. Available field types:
Text field — e.g. companion name, hotel name.
Number field — e.g. number of plus-ones.
Dropdown — e.g. meal choice (beef / fish / veggie).
Multi-select checkboxes — e.g. dietary preferences: vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free.
Date field — e.g. arrival date.
Multi-line field — e.g. allergies, special notes, additional info.
Each field can be marked as required or optional, reordered, edited and removed. The limit is 20 fields per form.
Deadline and automatic form closing
You can set a deadline for RSVP responses. After the chosen date the form closes automatically — a guest who visits the link after the deadline will see a message that time has expired. This ensures all responses arrive on time so you can plan catering, seating and other details with confidence.
If some guests didn't respond before the deadline, you can extend the deadline in the dashboard with one click.
Response management dashboard
All guest responses go to the guest management dashboard in Weddie. You see each guest's status: confirmed (green), declined (red), pending (gray). Next to the status you see all filled form fields — dietary preferences, allergies, number of plus-ones.
You can filter the list by status, search for a specific guest and export all data to CSV with one click — perfect for the caterer, hotel or wedding planner.

Each guest in Weddie has their own, separate invitation with an individual link and RSVP form. It's not one generic link for everyone — each person has their unique page. You can send the link directly (WhatsApp, SMS, email) or download an individual QR code and place it on the paper invitation. The guest scans it with their phone and goes straight to their online invitation with the form.
After filling the form, the response automatically goes to the dashboard and is assigned to that specific guest — zero mistakes and full control.
RSVP change history — full response transparency
A guest changed their mind? In the Weddie dashboard there is a dedicated RSVP change history page. You see every change: when the guest accepted, when they changed status to declined, which form fields they updated and when. This gives you full control over the confirmation process — no change goes unnoticed.
This is especially useful when you have 100+ guests and it's hard to remember who changed what. The system logs everything automatically.
